M. J. Davis Pty Ltd was founded in 1954 in Yagoona when Malcolm John Davis established the office specialising in industrial property. Malcolm had the foresight to recognise that Sydney's natural growth would spread westwards and the flat and open terrain would be ideal for industrial development.
The group was based and still operates on the philosophy of providing professional services at locations readily accessible to its clients.
Since becoming part of the group in 1990, the new managing director of M. J. Davis Real Estate Pty Ltd, Sal Musico has continued to maintain a high standard of service in Real Estate, with particular expertise in the spheres of industrial, Commercial and Property Management in the west and south-west of Sydney.
The real estate agency office is now strategically located in the Bankstown CBD and specialist Valuation services are provided by M. J. Davis Valuations Pty Ltd for a wide range of corporate, government and semi-government instrumentalities from their centrally located office at Liverpool.
With extreme confidence in the future of Sydney's south / west industrial market, M. J. Davis Real Estate is actively pursuing the goal of personal and professional service to both established and new clientele, and looking to expand the offices of the group to other major regional growth areas. |

Sal Musico
Previous background in Federal Government - entered industrial real estate industry 21 years ago and became owner of this business in 1990. Responsible for all aspects of running the agency business aswell as personally negotiating many sales, leases and property management issues. Holder of a Real Estate Agents licence since 1985 and has specialised for most of this time in the south-western industrial areas of Sydney. |

Paul McInerney
Paul has been involved in the sale, lease and management of commercial/industrial property since June 1980. His property career commenced in 1974. He completed an property valuation diploma in 1978 and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. Paul has been a Real Estate Business owner in Bankstown since 1987. He is looking forward to providing his knowledge and skill to the South-western property market for many years to come. |

Osman Omar
Previous background in mechanical engineering, entered real estate industry in June 1999 and obtained his Real Estate Agents Licence in June 2003.
Generally responsible for sales, leasing, marketing and property management matters, he also provides personal and professional service to our clients and customers by understanding their requirements to be able to achieve the best result for them. |

Stephen Tsilimbaris
Joined MJ Davis Pty Ltd in 1999 and has been largely responsible for the day to day running of our property management system. These duties include, collection of rents, payment of accounts on behalf of owners, preparation of monthly statements of accounts to owners and the monthly reconciliation of our mangement trust account. He is presently applying for the issue of his Real Estate Agents licence. |
